Recently caught an Interesting TV program featuring cheeky chappie Rankin , reproducing Seven iconic fashion photographs. Some one has been very nice and uploaded it to you tube here.

Amazing developments at showstudio, where they recently broadcast a Nick Knight photo-shoot  for V magazine live on the web.

Keiichi Nitta son of terry.

Keiichi spent 6 years as terry richardson’s assistant before heading back to Japan and doing his own thing. Not sure if he uses the good old yashica ,but there are definitely similarities in the work , although some of the Richardson humour is missing. But that’s what makes Terry,Terry.

Always interesting to see the work of old assistants. Check out a previous post on the nick knight alumni here.

Juergen Rocks. And he does naked better than Terry Richardson or Tom Ford.

I think this was an Ad for Marc Jacobs. I didn’t realise  there was more of this shoot. But there is.

I was a big fan of fashion magazines like I-D, Arena and face back in the day.

One of the most original photographers of that time was British Born Nick Knight. His work for Yohji Yamamoto was truly groundbreaking.

And a picture of the man himself, the very dashing Nick Knight.
