Art of The Title

A wonderful website focusing on film and TV intros here.

Worth a look as the combination of images, sound and motion is becoming more relevant to photographers with the release of the new DSLR  video technology.

The intro for true blood reminds me a bit of william eggleston with the colours , details and deep south vibe.

Terry Richardson Jr

Keiichi Nitta son of terry.

Keiichi spent 6 years as terry richardson’s assistant before heading back to Japan and doing his own thing. Not sure if he uses the good old yashica ,but there are definitely similarities in the work , although some of the Richardson humour is missing. But that’s what makes Terry,Terry.

Always interesting to see the work of old assistants. Check out a previous post on the nick knight alumni here.
